The Opportunity
We’re looking for a bright and capable Senior Service Delivery Manager to help manage and deliver excellent front end service delivery. Our Senior Service Delivery Manager is assigned to manage all of the support activities necessary to ensure our Guests are fully looked after. The role will oversee Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry, Concierge and Scheduling. This will extend to overseeing apartment/villa cleaning, auditing, supervising and training. Ultimately, the Senior Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for the set up and cleanliness of units before/after and during guest bookings and for ongoing support for Guests during their stay with us.

Key Accountabilities

Manages Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry, Concierge and Scheduling activities across the business

End to end management of all operations, housekeeping scheduling and service delivery.

Oversight and management of third-party contractors, including reconciliation and audit of invoices.

Management of quality assurance checks in the apartment/villa.

Oversee VIP specialized hospitality cleaning and apartment/villa preparation.

Complete provision, de-provisioning of apartment/villas including full preparation of units for use within the Maison Privee portfolio.

Manage damage and maintenance as required and ensures completion of required works.

Troubleshooting situations in the field.

Provide on the job coaching and training to team members.

Oversees the Service Delivery team to deliver to brand standards.

Assist with recruitment and training days where appropriate.

Skills & Experience
-
Able to travel around Dubai (valid UAE drivers license essential).

Minimum of 5 years previous experience as a senior service delivery / operations manager in a 5* hotel or holiday homes operator is required.

Ability to develop and oversee process and controls to ensure consistency in delivery.

Able to effectively mentor and motivate teams.

Able to work positively in a diverse environment.

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
