Guests

What is your cancellation policy?


We offer a full refund for cancellations requested more than seven days prior to the booking. For bookings made with our discounted non-refundable rate, refunds are not available in the event of cancellation.




What services are provided?


We offer complete hospitality services including checking in / out, leveraging our 24/7 support team for any questions or troubleshooting during the stay, offering concierge services, and utilizing our professional cleaning services with fresh linens, towels, and toiletries between stays. We also offer extra services on demand such as tours, rental cars, Dubai experiences etc.




Will there be someone there to meet me when I arrive?


Yes, our guest relations team is on hand to meet guests upon arrival. We also offer a seamless and coordinated self check-in service if the guest prefers.




How will I know where to find the property and gain access?


We will send a digital welcome pack in advance of your stay via email with detailed instructions on how to find the property and contact details for your Guest Relations Executive who will be waiting to meet you at the property. For self check-in guests, the welcome pack will contain all the required information to access the property and how to use the facilities.




How do I make payment?


Payment options include bank transfer, credit card, cash and PayFort payment gateway. In order to confirm bookings, a deposit is required in advance with the remainder paid on arrival.




Do I need to provide an ID to complete a reservation?


Yes, passport copies / government ID’s for all guests are required before arrival.

Why should I trust my property to Maison Privee?


We are licensed by Dubai Department of Tourism Commerce & Marketing (DTCM) to register and manage properties. Asset protection is a key priority for Maison Privee as our mission is the provide the best possible service and experience to our guests whilst maintaining the property to a perfect standard.




How long will the contract with Maison Privee run for?


One of the main reasons why property owners work with Maison Privee is because of the flexibility that we offer. No lease contract means you can take back the property at any time after a 3 month notice period.




Who will be staying in my property?


Depending on the property type and location, our guests range from executives on corporate visits to families on vacation in Dubai.




How will Maison Privee promote my property?


Our experienced marketing team focus on developing and maintaining an online profile across multiples channels for your property to ensure optimized revenue generation. We also have contracts with large multinational companies to house their corporate travellers.




What happens if there is damage to my property?


Whilst we rarely encounter any issues with damage, we hold a security deposit from all guests during their stay to cover any issues.




How does the payment process work?


All bookings made through online channels are fully paid in advance of the guests stay. Corporate stays are paid on 30 day invoice terms. We will produce a statement of accounts each month which will show the revenue generated by the property, minus any overhead expenses, with a transfer of the balance to the owners bank account.




Does Maison Privee guarantee a certain amount of annual / monthly revenue?


Maison Privee operates two core business models. Option 1 is our property management solution, whereby we cannot guarantee a specific revenue figure, however we are incentivised to optimise the income based on a revenue share approach. Option 2 provides for a guaranteed income where we rent the property long term (as explained below).




Does Maison Privee do long term rentals?


Yes, we can also rent your property ourselves at market rate. This option ensures peace of mind and security for your investment, with no vacant periods causing loss of income.

Our team comes from blue-chip backgrounds in organizations such as Booz Allen Hamilton, GE and Etihad and based on extensive corporate travel experiences, we understand the needs of executive guests.




What kind of properties does Maison Privee offer?


Maison Privee has within its portfolio a pool of corporate focused properties, from one bedroom apartments to five bedroom villas, each with a focus on comfort and space so that corporate travellers can feel at home.




Which locations does Maison Privee have properties in?


Our primary locations are DIFC, Downtown, Dubai Marina, JBR and Palm Jumeirah. We only choose the best buildings in best locations of these areas to ensure a great experience for our guests.

Is there high speed Wifi in the properties?


All properties are set up with high speed Wifi to cater for the requirements of business travellers. Smart TV’s are also in place in each of our properties so that guests can use their Netflix accounts during their downtime. Our support team is always on hand to provide technical support also.




What stay durations does Maison Privee cater for?


We have a flat daily and monthly rate for corporate partners. We also offer incentives and discounts for extended stays.
