Due to the growth in demand for short-term vacation rentals in Dubai, coupled with the emergence of globally recognized distribution platforms such as Airbnb, Maison Privee was founded in March 2017 as a virtual hotel brand offering high standards of accommodation and service focused on corporate visitors and discerning tourists.
In April 2018, we closed our Series A funding round at USD $4,000,000 and are now rapidly expanding our portfolio of properties throughout Dubai.
We hand pick luxury properties in the best locations in Dubai and support them with extensive services to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience with every stay.
We are licensed by Dubai Department of Tourism Commerce & Marketing (DTCM) to register and manage properties.

With an extensive career in travel and tourism, Paul Mallee is the former Director of Strategy at an Emirates Airline Group company and Head of Strategy at Etihad Airways. He is also an alumnus of Booz Allen Hamilton. Paul is the former Chairman of Bus Éireann and Board Director of the CIE Group in Ireland. He has an MBS (Strategy) from Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin.

Formerly Business Development and M&A Director at General Electric and Senior VP with EFG-Hermes Private Equity, Rami Shamaa has 15 years of experience in strategic management and M&A. He has also worked as a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and been part of the investment team at Abraaj Capital. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
What problem do we solve?
Maison Privee fills the service gap between luxury hotels and holiday homes. Our mission is to provide our guests with a better flavour of Dubai, and we do so by offering 'home away from home' experiences that gives guests more space and comfort than a hotel, whilst providing the same level of hospitality that the Middle East is renowned for.
In a difficult market for property owners in Dubai, Maison Privee drives increased return on investment by capitalising on the strong demand for corporate and tourist accommodation in the city. Property owners are increasingly looking for flexible solutions, and our no lease contract means you can take back the property at any time within a 3 month notice period.
