The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly structured and focused Senior Manager Operations – Onboarding & Client Relations to help deliver new properties into our portfolio and to manage the owner experience end to end. The role will be responsible for building and maintaining productive partnerships with our portfolio of property owners. The role will also ensure timely and efficient delivery of newly signed properties into operation.


The person will be the named point of contact and will nurture the relationship through regular catch-ups and frequent personal communication. The objective is to ensure that new properties are onboarded into our portfolio in the most time efficient and effective way, handing over into Service Delivery a fully Guest Ready property, while at the same time ensuring that our owners are comfortable with our service are kept fully informed of the performance of their units.


The objective is to enable the portfolio to achieve commercial outcomes, while also establishing trust in our service proposition. The client relationship management component of this role very much requires hands on relationship-building skills, quick thinking and the ability to consistently find win/wins for both Maison Privee and the property owner. The function will optimise the flow from property acquisition through to service delivery while all the time keeping an eye to the financial and commercial viability of the units being delivered into the portfolio. This SM Operations will also be tasked with building and managing a team to run the function across the business. The role will report to the Managing Directors.


  • On-boarding of new properties including liaison with homeowners, the property acquisition team and third-party contractors (eg suppliers/interior designers etc)

  • Handback and Deactivation of properties, including connections to OTAs to ensure that our portfolio is always up to date

  • Working closely with Revenue/Reservations to effectively manage the uploading of unit content information onto systems and OTA’s

  • Working closely with Property Acquisition to feed the pipeline of properties into the portfolio and ensure timely delivery of units into Service

  • Ensuring that each unit delivered into service is fully Guest Ready and is operationally flawless

  • Managing the interface with all owners during each stage in their lifecycle with Maison Privee, be the point for contact for owner queries, issues and resolutions and ensuring that owners are kept fully briefed on performance

  • Working on adhoc projects/activities as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Able to travel around Dubai (valid UAE drivers license essential)

  • Ability to develop and oversee process and controls to ensure consistency in delivery

  • Able to communicate effectively with owners, managers and subordinates

  • Able to effectively recruit, mentor and motivate teams

  • Able to work positively in a diverse environment

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • In depth project management experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and to defined timelines

  • Experience in managing a team and ensuring delivery


Professional Experience

Experience within fit out, operations and key account management



English (fluent), Arabic (desirable).
