We take care of our guests with complete hospitality services, including checking in/out, leveraging our 24/7 support team for any questions or troubleshooting during the stay, offering concierge services, and utilising our professional cleaning services with fresh linens, towels, and toiletries between stays.

The Opportunity
​
​Maison Privee, a leading vacation rental and short-term rental operator in the UAE, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to drive B2B sales with relevant buyers of accommodation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Hotel Apartments or Serviced Apartments and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. This position is based in Dubai and reports to the Head of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and establish relationships with key corporate clients, including relocation agencies, travel management companies, and multinational corporations.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of potential corporate clients.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional service delivery for corporate clients.

Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on sales activities and client interactions.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Maison Privee and generate new leads.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.

Mentor and guide junior sales team members to help them achieve their targets and grow professionally.

Skills & Experience
​
To be an effective Corporate Sales Manager, the candidate must demonstrate:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar sales role within the Hotel Apartment or Serviced Apartment industry.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of the corporate accommodation market in the UAE.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in Hubspot CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Languages

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
