We take care of our guests with complete hospitality services, including checking in/out, leveraging our 24/7 support team for any questions or troubleshooting during the stay, offering concierge services, and utilizing our professional cleaning services with fresh linens, towels, and toiletries between stays.

The Opportunity

Maison Privee is now hiring a Reservations Manager to oversee the reservations team and to ensure that guest enquiries and bookings are dealt with in an expeditious and satisfactory manner. 


  • Manage the reservations team and function to ensure all reservations are processed in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner

  • Prepares work schedules and team rosters to ensure coverage of workloads

  • Ensure that the team handle reservations, inquiries and cancellations in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner

  • Ensure that the team quote available rates to maximize room revenue according to Company standards

  • Coordinate with clients and Guest Relations Team of Maison Privee for bookings, room availabilities, and extra services

  • Ensure close alignment with Revenue Management to optimise revenues and occupancies

  • Determine and implement opportunities for upselling of ancillary services and ensure reservation team actively deliver to targets

  • Ensure that all reservations are captured into the system according to standard operating procedures

  • Develop appropriate performance management metrics, set targets and generate reports for management 

  • Ensure quality of work provided meets the expectations of the Company

  • Perform other relevant assignments as requested

Skills & Experience

To be an effective Reservations Agent, the candidate must demonstrate:

  • Minimum of 6-year experience in a similar role with a 5* hotel or holiday home operator required

  • Bachelors degree or diploma

  • Fluent English mandatory 

  • Responsible, motivated, team player 

  • Must possess a customer first mentality

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Stong analytical skills and comfortable with numbers and presentations

  • Able to take on a task and see it through to completion

  • Strong communication, consultative and negotiation skills

  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems on the fly without having to seek assistance

  • The ability to handle pressure

  • Skill in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks at the same time

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent time management and organisation
