DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (FULL TIME)
We are looking for a highly structured and focused Onboarding Executive to help deliver new properties into our portfolio and to manage the process end to end. The objective is to ensure that new properties are onboarded into our portfolio in the most time efficient and effective way, handing over into Service Delivery a fully Guest Ready property.
You'll have a strong work ethic and be practical, efficient and adaptable. You take pride in doing a job thoroughly - and in record time. You are always presentable and able to interact with a variety of different people, including our guests, homeowners and staff.
The role being field based, you must have excellent communication skills to ensure you are aligned with the office based team and know when and what to flag to us. We also need you to think on your feet!
The candidate should be willing to go that extra mile and will at times need to roll their sleeves up and get on with it. That said we like to be flexible the other way, with other early finishes and flexible in days off.
The role will report to the Senior Manager Onboarding.
On-boarding of new properties including liaison with homeowners, the property acquisition team and third-party contractors (eg suppliers/interior designers etc).
Handback and Deactivation of properties, including connections to OTAs to ensure that our portfolio is always up to date.
Working closely with Revenue/Reservations to effectively manage the uploading of unit content information onto systems and OTA’s.
Working closely with Property Acquisition to feed the pipeline of properties into the portfolio and ensure timely delivery of units into Service.
Ensuring that each unit delivered into service is fully Guest Ready and is operationally flawless.
Working on ad-hoc projects/activities as required.
Skills & Experience
Experience within operations, interior fit out or interior design.
Able to travel around Dubai (valid UAE drivers license essential).
Project management, planning and delivery skills essential.
Ability to develop and oversee process and controls to ensure consistency in delivery.
Able to communicate effectively with owners, managers and subordinates.
Able to work positively in a diverse environment.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
