At Maison Privee, the health and safety of our guests and employees continues to be our top priority as we respond to the evolving COVID-19 pandemic. We have taken diligent health and safety measures in all apartments and villas. Providing the safest and most hygienic environment is paramount and we remain committed to enhanced levels of cleanliness — now and in the future.
Maison Privee has become the first vacation rental business in Dubai to be recognised under the World Travel and Tourism (WTTC) Safe Stamp programme.
The award certifies that specific health and hygiene protocols, outlined by WTTC, have been implemented, providing an additional layer of assurance for guests to experience safe travels.
These additional standards have been implemented alongside other precautionary measures including temperature checks, use of PPE and social distancing to protect staff and guests. Other measures implemented by the company include a requirement for certification of all cleaning contractors by Dubai Municipality's Health & Safety Department.
Core Procedures:

All employees are provided appropriate PPE safety equipment.

Quality protection clothing, chemicals, tools and sterilisation products are provided through companies approved by Dubai Municipality's Health & Safety Department.

Maximum capacity is restricted to 50% for each building elevator.

Valet service is suspended.

Apartment/Villa Precautions:

Hand sanitiser is placed in all apartments and villas.

Guest self check-in procedures are encouraged.

Guest temperature is measured at all building entrances.

Hand sanitiser is also placed at every building reception and in all common areas.

All common areas are sanitised regularly.
Housekeeping and Laundry Precautions:

All cleaning contractors clean and sanitise all apartments and villas utilise recommended equipment, following the instructions of the Dubai Ministry of Health and Prevention.

All touch points and bathrooms are cleaned and sterilised using antiseptics.

Steam machine is used to disinfect furniture and fabrics.

Laundry, linen and beach towels are washed at high temperature and the laundry is completely sanitised.

Properties will not be cleaned on a daily basis unless the guest requests it.
Kindly maintain the recommended social distance from others while staying at any of our properties.
