Maison Privee is a tech-enabled hospitality company providing vacation and corporate rentals in Dubai that combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home.
ABOUT US
Due to the growth in demand for short-term vacation rentals, coupled with the emergence of globally recognized distribution platforms such as Airbnb, Maison Privee was founded in March 2017 as a virtual hotel brand offering high standards of accommodation and service focused on corporate visitors and discerning tourists.
In April 2018, we closed our Series A funding round at USD $4,000,000 and has since rapidly expanded its portfolio of properties in the UAE
We hand pick luxury properties in the best locations and support them with extensive services to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience with every stay.
We are licensed by Dubai Department of Tourism Commerce & Marketing (DTCM) to register and manage properties.

FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
With an extensive career in travel and tourism, Paul Mallee is the former Director of Strategy at an Emirates Airline Group company and Head of Strategy at Etihad Airways. He is also an alumnus of Booz Allen Hamilton. Paul is the former Chairman of Bus Éireann and Board Director of the CIE Group in Ireland. He has an MBS (Strategy) from Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin.

Nikoleta oversees the daily business operations. She manages the setup process of new properties, overall quality standards, guest journey and she develops and implements growth strategies.

Our mission is to provide our guests with a better flavour of Dubai, and we do so by offering 'home away from home' experiences that gives guests more space and comfort than a hotel, whilst providing the same level of hospitality that the Middle East is renowned for.

In a difficult market for property owners in Dubai, Maison Privee drives increased return on investment by capitalising on the strong demand for corporate and tourist accommodation in the city. Property owners are increasingly looking for flexible solutions, and our no lease contract means you can take back the property at any time within a 3 month notice period.
